Return & Refund Policy

At Trigger Slaps, every order is made and packed with care. Because our products are custom stickers, we have a few important policies to keep things fair and consistent.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of stickers and custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review the claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider.
